In my opinion that is a stupid lawsuit and should be thrown out of court. He has (or may have had) enough sponsors without the lawsuit. Right now he needs to concentrate on smoking his dope AT HOME where people can't take his friggen picture and sell it to the media. *DOH* and grow up!Does Phelps mom's suit against former sponsors for not recognizing his new true calling as a sport valid?
I am so sick and tired of the litigious society we have become. Just like the losers on that US Air jet that landed in the Hudson. They were each given 5k for their trouble, even though the pilot and crew did an excellent job as well as US Air's ground folk who took care of that airliner, they want to squeeze millions from US AIR. They are alive. What else could you want other to make it out unharmed. People make me sick
