But you do run around a lot so it's at least exercise, perhaps a sport. You do have teams %26amp; keep score after all...
My son and his friends play it all the time for hours at a time. They work up an appetite, burn calories, have fun competing in teams. I vote that it is a sport and an excellent form of exercise.
We all define ';sports'; differently. To me, Ultimate is a sport.





But what about golf? Competitive dancing? Curling? Darts?


Are those all sports?
