I've been arguing with my girlfriend who claims water polo training is the hardest training for sports, true?

i said football and soccer requires more cardio and strength training than water polo... who's right? is water polo training really the hardest out there? respectful responses only please.I've been arguing with my girlfriend who claims water polo training is the hardest training for sports, true?
Water Polo is hard....Treading water for long periods of time gets tiring, its like running without stopping. Plus its a lot of swimming but i am not which is harder but Water Polo is hardI've been arguing with my girlfriend who claims water polo training is the hardest training for sports, true?
not really.. but in a relationship the woman is always right k? just say yes dear and u'l have a happy complicated free realtionship... personally water polo is barely a sport and the toughest sports are actually figure skating, ice dancing, gymnastics, ballet( yes ballet ) those require a massive amount of strength but flexibility as the same time( not easy) soccar require fast twitch muscle thats pretty easy to build actually generally speaking just requires some stamina and depending on position u play, football requirre more mass than anything. martial arts also require many different types of muscle that becomign a master requires years and years of training.water polo genetrally woudl require good breath control and... resistance against water. the more diverse your muscles have to be the more difficult the training. theres a reason why martial arts, gymnastics, figure skating is done at such a early age. and many ballet dancers have incredible strength.. all thier weight on toes? water polo since water is also giving u bouyancy and balance requires less in the way of agility and strength since water can help u move. but... don't say anything just nod and say yes dear. trust me if a girl doesnt hear that... she'll keep getting madder and madder.. and i've always belived in letting stuff go especially with dumb things that.
no the sport that is most commonly referred to as the hardest to train for is boxing, my ex gilfriend played waterpolo for queensland, and she could swim good and tread water for a long time but she was still nowhere near as fit as me, all i do is run twice a week and 3 gym sessions a week. not to hard.
