Is it true that sports/sweating in general can help prevent acne and breakouts?

I noticed that after sweating a lot my skin becomes a little drier (which is good since my face is oily most of the time). So is it really true? :DIs it true that sports/sweating in general can help prevent acne and breakouts?
Indirectly, yes, because exercise helps the liver clear out toxins and junk that cause acne in the first place.





Common triggers for acne are dairy products, soy, and food additives.
